Keeping Cedars Looking It’s Best!

Our buildings recently received a soft-wash siding cleaning, and the results are easy to see. The siding on our buildings looks fresh and clean, helping keep our community looking well maintained.

We appreciate the crew’s hard work throughout the project. They spent long days working in the hot summer heat and completed the job with care and professionalism!

Thank you!

Cedars’ Phone System Upgrade

Hi All Cedars Residents and Owners,

We wanted to send a quick note to let you know we are in the process of upgrading our phone systems.

When you call, you will notice some small changes…

The new voicemail currently has prompts to choose from:

Press 1 to leave a message for Office

Press 2 if it is after hours and you need to be connected to the on-call Maintenance answering service

Press * to repeat the message

We will be tweaking and expanding the details in the next couple of days, as needed, but wanted to send a quick heads-up since the current voicemail recording is a new lovely robotic lady. We will personalize it ASAP!

We hope the new customization options will better serve everyone, as we adjust it to our community/property needs.

As always, please feel free to email and if needed, the direct answering service number is 603-294-5911 for after hours maintenance emergencies.

Best,
the Cedars Team

Our Community Garden This June

Our Community Garden is off to a great start this season. Flowers are blooming, vegetables are growing steadily, and gardeners throughout our community have been busy tending their plots.

These photos capture some of the early-season progress and the care our neighbors put into making the garden such a welcoming and enjoyable space. We look forward to watching everything continue to grow over the summer and wish all of our gardeners a successful season.

Pool is open now: Pool Rules 2026

The pool is now open for resident use, however, the hot tub remains temporarily closed. Please be aware that the chlorine level today is slightly elevated, for those who may be sensitive to it.We will be making minor operational adjustments and improvements as we continue to fine-tune procedures and ensure compliance with current safety and facility requirements.

We appreciate your patience and cooperation during this process. In anticipation of the new automatic clubhouse locking system, and as we continue moving toward more automated facility operations, the pool will close each evening between 8:30 PM and 8:45 PM. This allows all swimmers adequate time to exit the pool area and access bathrooms/clubhouse, as needed, before the building automatically locks at 9:00 PM.  As part of these operational improvements, additional closed-circuit security cameras will be installed around the exterior of the clubhouse. The purpose of these cameras is to help protect Association property, improve security, assist with incident review when necessary. Cameras do not record sound (video only) and will not be actively monitored, footage will only be reviewed when needed to investigate property damage, unauthorized access, or other reported incidents.
A few important reminders:
• The new gate latch may take a little getting used to. To open, pull up on the small tab at the top to release the latch. The gate should be self closing, but please ensure it does not remain open. This is a State requirement.

• Pool use is limited to residents and up to two (2) guests per household. Residents must accompany their guests and are responsible for ensuring all guests follow pool rules.

• Children are not permitted in the hot tub. This is a State health regulation and an important safety requirement. Residents who repeatedly disregard this rule may be asked to leave the pool area.

• Hot tub use should be limited to 15-minute increments.

• Children must never be left unattended in the pool area. Adult supervision is required at all times.

• There is no lifeguard on duty. Swim at your own risk.

Maintaining the pool facility requires significant time, coordination, and ongoing effort. Please help by following all posted rules, cleaning up after use, and respecting the facility and those responsible for its upkeep.

Pool Rules are attached for additional details.
