This portal provides owner access to monthly association meeting minutes, budgets and other documents, starting in 2026.
HOW TO ACCESS:
Enter the password provided by the Cedars office. If you do not have the password, please contact the office at 603-431-1163 or office@cedarsofportsmouth.com
Note: The password is updated and reset annually in January (exact date to be announced by office).
For privacy on shared computers, please close your browser tab or window after using the portal so the password must be entered again next time.
OWNER PORTAL ACCESS
This section of the website is restricted to unit owners only. For security purposes, the access password is updated periodically (typically once per year, with the exact date announced by the office). Login credentials are provided directly to owners. Please do not share this password with tenants, guest, or third parties. Unauthorized sharing may result in restricted access to the portal. If you believe access credentials have been shared inappropriately, please notify the management office.
