Exciting news! The balcony replacement project is moving along smoothly. CHASCO is hard at work and is right now, as of mid-June 2025, working on the rear sides of Buildings 10, 11, and 12.
We’re nearly halfway through the entire project.

The 2025 Pool Season is Here!

As we transition into the warmer months, please be advised that building heat will be turned off on or around June 15th, 2025. Heating service is expected to resume on or around September 15th, 2025, just in time to welcome back chillier days.
We thank you for your understanding—and encourage you to enjoy the sunshine while it’s here (no thermostat required).
UPDATE: Spring registration for the Community gardens is NOW CLOSED FOR THE 2025 SEASON.
If you are a resident and interested in keeping and tending to your plot in our community garden, please download the form below and drop it off at the Office.
There is a $10 fee (cash).
CAM Fee Increase for unit owners
Effective January 1, 2025, the monthly Common Area Maintenance (CAM) Fee has increased. The new rates are as follows:
• $460 for 2-bedroom units
• $440 for 1-bedroom units
