2025 Spring registration for community gardens

UPDATE: Spring registration for the Community gardens is NOW CLOSED FOR THE 2025 SEASON. If you are a resident and interested in keeping and tending to your plot in our community garden, please download the form below and drop it off at the Office. There is a $10 fee (cash).

CAM Fee changes for unit owners

CAM Fee Increase for unit owners Effective January 1, 2025, the monthly Common Area Maintenance (CAM) Fee has increased. The new rates are as follows: • $460 for 2-bedroom units • $440 for 1-bedroom units
