THE TEAM BEHIND THE CEDARS OF PORTSMOUTH
At The Cedars, we take pride in being a self-managed community supported by dedicated office staff, a responsive work crew and an active, engaged Board of Directors. Our employees handle the daily operations that keep the property running smoothly, while the Board provides leadership and long-term direction on behalf of all unit owners. Together, we work to maintain a safe, well-maintained, and neighborly environment for everyone who calls this community home.
MEET OUR OFFICE TEAM AND OUR MAINTENANCE CREW
Our dedicated on-site team helps ensure the smooth day-to-day operations of our self-managed condominium community. Here’s who you’ll find in the office, in no particular order:

Maria – Office Staff
Maria oversees administrative operations and is the first point of contact for owners, residents and vendors. She brings organization and warmth to our front office.

Liz – Property and Association Manager
Liz oversees day-to-day property and office operations, staff, vendor contracts and coordinates with the board of directors to manage the overall operations of the community. Known for her friendly and approachable manner, Liz combines professionalism with attentiveness, ensuring residents and staff feel supported and the community runs smoothly.

Rachel – Accounting Bookkeeper
Based remotely, Rachel manages the association’s bookkeeping and financial records with precision and reliability, ensuring accurate and timely financial management. Her efficiency and attention to detail are integral to maintaining the smooth operation of our association’s office functions.
Bill, Bobby and Glen – Maintenance Crew
Our maintenance crew plays a vital role in keeping our property safe, clean, and in good working order. Whether they’re mowing the lawns, plow snow in the winter, or handle urgent repairs, they’re always on the move. The team responds to common area maintenance needs and is also available to assist with certain in-unit issues, like emergency water leaks. Their hands-on work and quick response make a big difference in the everyday comfort of our community.

BOARD OF DIRECTORS
Our volunteer Board of Directors is made up of unit owners elected by the community. They are responsible for overseeing the association’s budget, policies, and long-term planning. The board works closely with our management team to ensure decisions reflect the best interests of all residents.
Board Meetings are held monthly, in person, at the Cedars Clubhouse and usually last about 2 hours. Owners are always welcome to attend and have the opportunity to make public comments at the start of the meeting. The Board’s meeting schedule is available at the Office and in the Owners Portal.
If you need to contact the Board of Directors, please call the office to make arrangements.
