Individual condos

There are 252 condos in our community.

The condo complex consists of 21 buildings (plus the clubhouse/office), with 12 individual units per building. Each building has three floors; each floor consists of 4 units. All buildings have stairs (no elevators).

Most all condos in The Cedars community are privately and investor owned; with approximately 70% rented out and 30% owner-occupied.

The Cedars features 1- and 2-bedroom units with 1 bath. All units on the upper two floors have 5’x8′ balconies. A handful of ground-level units have concrete patios (also 5’x8′). Nearly all ground-level units have windows instead. All units have a wall A/C unit. Most all units have a stackable washer/dryer (responsibility of owner/investor) or at least W/D hookups.

Among other amazing amenities, one of the greatest perks is that hot water baseboard HEAT is included in the association fee (owners or investors) or in the rent (tenants).

If you are an unit owner, your monthly association fee (CAM fee or “common area maintenance fee”) is as follow, effective January 1, 2026:

• $510 for 2-bedroom units

• $415 for 1-bedroom units

If you are a renter, your contractual engagement will be with your landlord. Rent will be an agreement between the tenant and the owner. Prices for rental units generally start at approximately $1800 and go as high as around $2500, depending on the condition and location of the unit and whether the unit is offered furnished or unfurnished. Again, this is an arrangement between the landlord and the tenant.

As a renter, your maintenance needs should be resolved in agreement with your landlord.

You will have to abide by the Rules and Bylaws of Cedars Condominiums.

Dogs are not allowed on The Cedars property.

Because units are individually owned, the conditions and upkeep of each unit lays with the owner(s), meaning they come in a variety of conditions, from the original to recent, modern renovations or updates.

Occasionally a condo will come up for sale! Watch websites like Redfin or Zillow for listings!

The floor plan below shows a two-bedroom unit. Depending on the location, the unit can also be mirrored. Ground floor units can either be one-bedroom or two-bedroom units (without a balcony).
