The Cedars of Portsmouth offers a wide variety of amenities.
First and foremost, HEAT is included in either your rent (charged by your landlord), or in your association fee, if you own a unit here. Cold water, sewer and trash removal is also included.
Every unit has an intercom to talk with and buzz in visitors at your building’s entry.
Each unit also has either a stackable washer/dryer or at least a W/D hookup, and a wall A/C, both of which are maintained by and the responsibility of the owner/landlord.
Also included is summer and winter maintenance of the grounds. No more snow shoveling because our maintenance crew will plow the snow right away!
All you will need to take care of is your electricity bill and internet/TV/phone.
Other perks include:
- (unheated) pool with hot tub
- individual carports with your personal locked storage room (5’x10′)
- three tennis courts
- playground – as of fall 2025 it is completely removed and is awaiting reconstruction
- gym room with sauna, and showers in the ladies and gentlemen’s bathrooms
- community gardens
- clubhouse with kitchen and small library – available to rent for private events
- laundry room in clubhouse for residents, although almost all units have a washer/dryer
- outside kayak storage
- boat storage for small boats on trailers, by board/management approval only
- plenty of visitor parking
- close to shopping like Walmart, Market Basket, Dunkin’, Starbucks, gas stations, banks and restaurants
Every unit owner is allowed 2 cars maximum on the premises. Dogs are not allowed.
