*** Power Washing has been rescheduled for a later date; no need to clear off your decks. We will notify everyone once we have a scheduled day for the Power Washing.***

Blue Sky Power Washing will be on site Wednesday JULY 23 & Thursday JULY 24, 2025 to power wash our building.

Please be sure to:

• tightly close and lock your windows and slider
• move deck/patio plants indoors or cover them
• take care when entering/exiting the building

Note: in the process of power washing the building, your windows will be rinsed (not washed) and water marks are likely to remain.
